Remember the conversations we used to have about monetizing social media in general and Facebook in particular? I think the arguments by the older generations who were in charge of the budgets in Retail are over. FOMO has taken over and more and more of the Retail budgets are being funneled into Social somehow. Imagine if my merchandising organization could hit 80% on trends. Retailers would be killing it. Like Gen AI, how does social improve what I need to do well to be successful as a retailer?
